Kara Forrest is the owner of KaraMeld Styling and is the wardrobe stylist for the TV show "Spice Goddess", airing on the Cooking Channel USA (July 2010), and the Food Network Canada (September 2010), with more international dates to follow.

Kara has provided fashion styling services for a number of commercial fashion photo shoots. She is a graduate of the Fashion Styling Intensive program at Vancouver Community College.
